minor drawing bug in ion-3rc-20070902

1.Symptom:
the WGroupsWS frame+tab is drawn over by it's contents.

2.Steps to reproduce:
_:attach_new({type="WGroupWS"})
launch your terminal emulator inside the WgroupWS.
move the terminal it toward the upper bound of the WgroupWS.
