There's already an ugly region_pointer_focus_hack() method needed to
avoid windows being unmapped messing with the focus. It was quite
trivial to add it in other places to (attempt to) avoid pointer 
EnterWindow event triggered focus change when switchto is false.

Thus the next RC should work differently. (It is likely to be 
released in the beginning of December; maybe next weekend.)
