Shading doesn't work on certain tab-bar styles

Hi,

Whenever I set the tab-bar style for my floating frames to

bar = "inside" or bar = "outside"

instead of shading, the float reduces in height and does not fully
collapse. Toggling shading again does not restore its original height.

This occurs on all windows though the Pidgin Buddy List seems to
toggle shading correctly, but not the conversation windows. It works
fine on all of my floats if I use the "shaped" bar style.

Also, what's the difference between the inside and outstyle bar styles?
