The Vimperator extension for Firefox is scrumptious. Apart from
lessening the need for the mouse, it also creates very handy 1-key
bindings for lots of things.

You have to be a bit of a Vim freak to be comfortable with it, however.

Another quality extension is ItsAllText, which I just remembered
about! I will go install it now.
