No can do. Not easily anyway. The FS window is neither on a WFloatWS 
nor a WIonWS (or whatwasit). Rather the client window object is directly
attached to the screen.  It is possible to script attaching to any type 
of (new) WS from within Ion, but application requests for FS always 
do what is asked: to put it in FS mode (instead of grouped mode).
