what about target="www" winprop if workspace "www" is not created before

    target = "www",
    new_group = "full",
    jumpto = true,
}

i have found that if workspace "www" is not created before, program of
class "foo" will not be placed in a newly created workspace
named "www",instead the newly created workspace is named  WGroupWS<1>
