In FreeBSD the man page «must» in

	/usr/local/man/

so just do

	mv /usr/local/share/man/man1/ion3.1 /usr/local/man/man1
	mv /usr/local/share/man/fi/man1/ion3.1 /usr/local/man/fi/man1/
	mv /usr/local/share/man/cs/man1/ion3.1 /usr/local/man/cs/man1/
