I don't know whether it appropriate for wishlist or for unwanted-feature
list..  I have problem.  Sometimes I use non-default X11 keyboard layout
"ru(winkeys)" and when I switch to other application with focuslist or
to other workspace with workspace list, the switching does not proceeded
actually until I turn the keyboard layout to default.  It looks like
menu would wait for me to switch language and then do what I asked about.

This is example of menu binding.  No language-specific settings,
everything is kosher:
kpress(META.."Tab", "mod_menu.grabmenu(_, _sub, 'focuslist')"),
