New Ion User - Focus Question

Ion Fans,

A couple of days ago I discovered Ion and I'm just about hooked.  For most 
apps I prefer fullscreen mode.  But, there are a few things, like xv, that 
work better in float mode.  I've added defwinprop entries for xv to a 
cfg_kludges.lua file in my ~/.ion3 directory with float, jumpto, and 
switchto set to true.  Focus works almost as I want it to, unless I move 
the mouse which smegs up the focus.  I've tried adding 
mousefocus='disabled' to the ioncore.set section of the cfg_ion.lua file 
in my ~/.ion3 directory, but it seems to be ignored.  How does one disable 
the focus following the mouse.
