Editing the bindings isn't too hard, especially as it looks like much of
what you want to do is already bound to *something*.  You'll want to
look in /etc/X11/ion3/cfg_*.lua

To change the configuration, copy a file from there into ~/.ion3/ and
edit your local copy.  Just replace the current key symbol with the one
you want.  Most of them will probably be in cfg_ioncore.lua

You may need to remove whatever current binding exists for Mod1+Enter,
then find "Begin move/resize mode." in cfg_ioncore.lua and replace the
keybinding.  Pressing Return again should end move/resize mode
already...or are you looking for a different behavior there?  (You could
change that, it's defined in the WMoveresMode bindings)

That should get you started.
