Padding width and height in openbox themes

Hello,

I have this problem with specifying separate width and height padding for
Separator label, because it seems that one just uses global configuration
options

padding.width:
padding.height:

from titlebar. Is there any way in openbox theme to define different values
for titlebar padding and separator label padding.

I'm trying to make openbox theme with bigger titlebar to math gtk3 header
bar, so this would be useful.
