Keybindings for window tiling

Hi,

I'd like to see some basic keybindings for window tiling (Super+Left,
Super+Right, Super+Up, Super+Down) included in the default
configuration. Could you please take a look at
https://github.com/danakj/openbox/pull/14 and give me some feedback?
