[Openbox] How can I get access to the disabled menuitems ?

This is left from my bundled questions, shouldn't get lost there.
In the Openbox-themerc, there are the theme elements

"menu.items.disabled.text.color"

and

"menu.items.active.disabled.text.color".

Are there any special tags for the pipemenu.xml, like

<disabled_item></disabled_item>,

or how can I use it ?

I will not suppose, Openbox can detect a disabled state for an item,
is that  right ?
So, how is this intended to work ?
