Failure to Update NextWindow Order When Window Focus Changes Externally

Hello, everyone.  The following animation demonstrates what I believe to be a bug.  In short, the order of windows in the NextWindow dialog is not updated when a window is switched to through non-Openbox means.

Is this a bug?  Please tell me this is a bug, because it can be annoying when an older window is switched to after requesting the "last" one.
