Just comment the keyboard node in your rc.xml (/etc/xdg/openbox/rc.xml
or ~.config/openbox/rc.xml) out.

Your rc.xml before:

<!-- plenty of fancy stuff -->
<keyboard>
     keybindings...
</keyboard>
<!-- more fancy stuff -->

Your rc.xml after:
<!-- plenty of fancy stuff -->
<!--keyboard>
keybindings...
</keyboard-->
<!-- more fancy stuff -->

Mit freundlichem Gruß
