[qvwm-e:00304] HOWTO Configure qvwm

There are over 100 different parameters which you can use to configure
qvwm. This gives tremendous flexibility, but can also be very confusing
for newcomers. I have written a guide to configuring qvwm based on the
man pages, the comments in the config files, and my experiments.

I'd be very grateful if users of qvwm could look at the draft document
and tell me if you think it is correct / useful / etc.
