[qvwm-e:00314] usleep ERROR - compiling on DEC-alpha

hello, I want to compile qvwm on a DEC-alpha - machine, however I get the
following error:

I tried to dissable HAVE_USLEEP in Config.tmpl and I tried the solaris patch usleep((unsigned
long)10000);

both without success.
