I've been a very happy user of Qvwm so far (200 thin clients in a library 
internet kiosk setup), but recently I started using the Crossover plugin. 
This works fine with every wm I've tested, but with Qvwm everything 
crashes. Some other minor issue, is that Qvwm can't handle Mozilla 
fullscreen mode. Since there isn't any development going on, I'm forced to 
look for something else. I'm looking for something that looks like Windows, 
is light weight, is easy to configure (lock down) and has some development 
activity.
