I see. There's empty space between "Programs" button and minimized=20
icons.

I haven't looked at the code but.... here is my idea:

1. See if you can add a second "Programs" button"
2. If it works, se if you can make this 2nd "Programs" button get the=20
confguration from a different qvwmrc file
3. If this works, stripe down the 2nd Prorgams until it has only one=20
icon for one program
4. Then, you should be pretty close to the goal.

Yes. I have problems with windows focus. Launching a program doesn't=20
give it focus. Or the focus does strange things. IS this what you mean?
