The original qvwm project has been... abandoned by its original author. And 
he(she?) is nowhere to be found.

Some qvwm have tried to revive qvwm through a new website, mailing list and 
irc channel.

The mailing lists were active as recently as 11/03/2003 . The IRC channel 
is... interesting, as the contributors are from Australasia, USA, Spain, 
Brazil and Turkyje
