Hi Mitch,

Thanks for getting back to me on my email to the list. Since the time 
that I have sent these email, I have been digging into the code and have 
found that it will be relatively easy to modify the qvwm 1.12 version 
for my needs and possibly try inforporating the FOX toolkit classes for 
the base graphic QvImage class.

Since I cannot get in touch with the original author, and the fact that 
I really want to use this wm for my project, I have decided to fork a 
new development cycle based upon this project as the base code for my 
common window manager that I need for a very large project that is now 
coming to life called "InterCruise Linux".  A true VR based Open Source 
Distribution of Linux with a very special design goal in mind.  We will 
be placing it on sourceforge and beginning work in the very near future.

It has many areas to be worked on and the "Common Desktop Manager" (ie. 
old qvwm) will be used. (Name still need to be choosen for our version 
of qvwm.)

If the list is interested in hearing more about "InterCruise Linux", 
it's goals, and how a re-vitalized development of qvwm will fit into the 
scheme of things then let me know and I will post a short write up that 
I recently made on it.

Thanks for all of your help and support and I hope that all of you would 
like to help our efforts on the development of the InterCruise Linux 
project.
