Here's a couple things I fixed up.  I'm using QVWM for my mom's computer
and needed a ppp monitor and dialup manager.  I cleaned up the qvwm-net
code a lot (and removed a buffer overflow) and added the ability to
execute a command when the icon is double clicked (-x argument).

A program that goes well with it, although it isn't pretty, is the
pppmon program.  The author had almost a full megabyte of autogen
bullshit that generated an invalid makefile.  Instead of dicking with
it, I ripped it all out and wrote a static Makefile.  That reduced the
tarball size to 10k.

When I have more time, I'll work on them more.  Right now, school is
about to start up again and I've got a lot to get done first, so I don't
have time.
