'dedicate' bindings

Hello,

When I push c-t ?, I get a list of bindings.

Yet somehow I seem to accidentally invoke the 'dedicate' function on a
frequent basis.

Yes, I don't think it is possible I accidentally type the following in
without realizing:

c-t : dedicate <enter>

So how am I turning a promiscuous frame into a chaste frame without even
realizing it?
