Ah, that clarifies things for me.

Then I didn't make myself clear.  I can have several fullscreen windows
started from the initial Urxvt terminal, and I can switch between them.
To me, this is like overlapping windows.  I thought I can split two
frames to show a bit of the underlying window.

How do I get a fresh, fullscreen frame?
