I detected the same, but never thought to blame rapoison for that. Still I don't think that it's ratpoisons problem, but I will check this in the chromium source, if I can find a bit of time today. Actually the best behaviour for chrome would be to just remove its intrinsic toolbars and else, on F11 and not to care about what the window manager thinks about its window size, just taking the space it gets. I wonder what they did there. Thank you for posting observation.
