Re: Padding can only be set for screen 0: could this be generalised

Use the nextscreen command, and then specify padding for the second monitor
the same way you did the first. This is also relevant if you're talking
about ~/.ratpoisonrc as well.

This goes for several commands and configuration options, sometimes its
annoying (ie Text properties) but other times it can be extremely useful
(my idiot VGA LCD monitor requires auto-calibrate, or padding every time I
boot, padding wins out hands down).
