ratpoison 1.4.6-rc1

Hi folks,

Perhaps should I have done this before, but... Looking at the lots of
bugs that have been fixed since the 1.4.5 release, I think it's time to
ship a new release.  Here are a few tarballs:

Please test those as thoroughly as you can.  I think we could publish
1.4.6 next week-end, it all depends on your test reports.
