Issue with the unmanage command

I got my issue worked out on the irc yesterday, but right now, you have 
to add the windows TITLE to the unmanaged list instead of the name as 
the documentation implies. So say if you want to unmanage the GIMP, 
adding "unmanage gimp" or "unmanage Gimp" to your .ratpoisonrc doesn't 
work. It does work if you add "unmanage GNU Image Manipulation Program". 
This brings up issues if your window has a dynamic title as it will make 
unmanaging the window difficult. This was confirmed by multiple users in 
the irc channel, although their names escape me.
