Introducing the frameset juggler

Hello! I've written a small free utility for use with ratpoison: rpfj,
ratpoison frameset juggler.

Somewhat similar to rpws, here are the main differences:

* windows are "global": any window is viewable from any frameset;

* a command to "ping-pong" between the currently selected frameset and
  the formerly selected one;

* it /should/ work with multiple screens, but I don't have a multiscreen
  setup to test this.
