Hello dmg.

See "SawfishConfig -> Workspaces", the option on how to act while
moving a window and reaching the last workspace. The option
"wrap-around" does not work if you're trying to move a window via the
keybindings.

Ohhh...I just realized that my bindings were set to "Send to workspace
right/left" which does not work. But setting it to "Send to
previous/next workspace" does honor the "wrap-around"...

Well, thank you very much for solving my problem, trying to explain
it to you solved it. :)
Typical case of not seeing the forest through the trees.
