Fix for KDE4/KDE5 applications not properly working

Hi all,

just in case you want to use KDE5 applications (or KDE4) and they don't
properly work, for example dolphin not showing icons or thumbnails and
such, when you use Sawfish standalone or outside of KDE/GNOME, try
putting one of those two into your sawfishrc:

(setenv "KDE_FULL_SESSION" "true")

(setenv "XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP" "xfce")

the former worked for me before the latest update of KDE5 applications,
the latter works with latest version, too.
