set-window-frame-style does not exist

The Lisp Programming reference in

http://sawmill.sourceforge.net/prog-manual.html

under section Frame Styles,  lists this function


set-window-frame-style window style &optional type from-user


But I believe there is no such function  -   the nearest I can find 
which does the same but without the optional parameters is

set-frame-style window style
