Re: Firefox/Waterfox window size is reported incorrectly in resize overlay.

I can reproduce that.

One thing that noticed: Between Firefox, Liferea, and Baobab, only 
Firefox has a non-zero base size, per xprop.  Maybe Sawfish is 
subtracting out the base size.
