Cairo-dock steals 1/3 of the screen

Hello.

I don't know if it's an interaction problem between sawfish and cairo-dock;
but if I put the dock on the left of the screen, and then maximize a
window, it fills only about the right 2/3 of the screen...

I checked the cairo-dock parameters, but it doesn't reserve any space for
itself...
