sawfish requires librep >= 0.92.3, but even the changelog of the librep
in git says version is bumped to 0.92.3 the git tag is missing and more
importantly there is no tarball for the above mentioned librep version

toganm@desktop:~/devel/git-sources/librep[master]> git describe --tags
warning: tag '0.92.0' is really 'librep-0.92.0' here

Ofcourse I can for my own purposes create an archive from the git but it
would be nice to have the tarball released as well.
