[STUMP] stummpwm.github.io updates

Hi all,

I just pushed some updates to the stumpwm.github.io repository that
hosts manuals for 0.9.7, 0.9.8, and the git version.  There's a
placeholder for 0.9.9 which will hopefully be out soonish.  

Let me know what you guys think, and if you bookmarked the old manual,
update them to point to the new git version.  Of course you can always
browse the manual with emacs if you've made the documentation that came
with your version of stumpwm.

I tried to include 0.9.6, but it wouldn't compile anymore with my
setup.  If anyone has interest in compiling the old manuals (purely for
historical interest), send me the stumpwm.texi files and I'll put them
up for all of us to admire.
