[STUMP] Is there a way to detect new monitors?

Hi,

I'm new to Stumpwm, so please forgive me if this is obvious, but I
cannot find a way to detect when an external monitor is
plugged/unplugged.

Coming from Emacs, I'd love to see a hook for that :)
