[STUMP] Bug: "Currnet Frame" toast doesn't ever go away

Quicklisp just picked up a new version of stumpwm: 20160825. With this
version I see a problem when the screen is divided up into multiple
panes. The "Current Frame" indicator used to appear for a few seconds
and then disappear. Now it does not disappear.
