[STUMP] stumpwm-20170830-git hangs on startup

Just upgraded to SBCL 1.3.21. Whenever I get an SBCL upgrade I also
upgrade and rebuild stumpwm (via quicklisp).

The current quicklisp version is stumpwm-20170830-git. It hangs on
startup. Reverting to the previous version that I have, which is
stumpwm-20170725-git, works normally.

It's been a very long time since I tried running stumpwm in any sort of
development mode. I'll have a look at how it is currently done.
