Speaking user interface (SUI) Re: Speaking tooltip

BTW If we add the following lines:

$winClass = WinGetClassList ($hTT)
MsgBox(0,'','$winClass = ' & $winClass)

after 
DllCall
($User32,"int","SendMessage","hwnd",$hTT,"int",$TTM_SETTIPTEXTCOLOR,"
int",0xFFFFFF,"int",0)

then MsgBox outputs empty name of TOOLTIPS_CLASS. 
According to API TOOLTIPS_CLASS can be:

L"tooltips_class32", "tooltips_class32", or "tooltips_class"
