Doesn't matter if they are an admin or not.  If user accounts are 
protected, only the owner can see @ScriptDir if @ScriptDir is in the 
profile (Such as the Desktop).  Sure, an admin can change permissions, 
but they can't access the directory by default.

So, to answer the original question for the 28395235 time, make sure you 
set the working directory to a directory the account you are running as 
can access.  As is common, you're likely running the script from the 
desktop of one user but no other user can access that directory so the 
Run() fails.
