you could, perhaps, check for 'C:\Documents and Settings' and when you
get that, grab the window title and do your own case-insensitive
comparison against the user name?

I'm using AutoIT to do some things in a folder window which involves the
user's username, e.g. c:\documents and settings\%username%.
No problem, I retrieved the username and used Run("explorer c:\documents
and settings\ " & $user), basically, the window I want opens up fine.
But depending on how the user account was created on the PC, the
username part of the folder name may be in upper case, lower case, or
even mixed.
So then when I want to do a WinWaitActive to be sure my new window is
open before I Send keys to it, I'm in trouble.  I guess I could use
WinList, check all window titles looking for the one I want, but I'd
have to wait and poll that list occasionally, not nearly as clean as
WinWaitActive.

Sure would be nice if there was another setting like
WinTitleMatchOptions that requested non-case-sensitive matchinig.
