These characters (Peedy & Merlin) are like (in sense) to Russian 
clowns Bim & Bom.

BTW There is a mistake about Bim Bom in wikipedia. In 1891-1946 two 
clowns Bim-Bom (BB) really existed. It's true that the basic goal of 
them was satires. 

Is there now in the USA somebody with satires or political jokes? Or 
they are in jail?
