Want to send 'F5' key or refresh a particular browser but don't want to focus it

Hello,
I want to send 'F5' key (actually want to refresh the browser) to a specific
broswer (I know the title of that) without focussing the brosser window. So
that I can keep continue working on my other windows (windows supports multi
tasking, we all know).
