OT: How expensive is broadband ISP service in USA, Europe, Asia, Australia

I'm sorry for off-topic but it's live interest for my job.
Our company is solving the task of broadband ISP selection for it's 
use. We have here one suggestion from ISP (OC-n, ipv4 colocation and 
direct leased line Internet connections 24 hours). This ISP is the 
chipest ISP in Obninsk, and maybe in Russia, I think.
Price about $0.35/Mb (traffic) - 10Gbytes = $350
But I have thought that it is very expensive in comparison with other 
countries.

But I can't search the cost of their services. How expensive is 
broadband ISP service in USA, Europe and other countries? I would 
like to know about approximate value of internet traffic cost.
