What you should be using is the task scheduler. Look for it in your Windows control panel.

Hi Jim. Maybe you've named the task manager program wrong in your script? I looked at the task manager, but it didn't se anything about scheduling. Is there any way to make a script run by using autoit code itself, not by using task manager? Maybe set up a timer or something?

Hugs from Jodie and kisses from Tiger.

I've tried to setup an AutoIT script to run inside task manager but
keep getting an error when I try to set it up. I've even ignored the
task manager error, only the script never runs - ??? Any clue what's
going on? The error is something along the lines of "invalid
program" or something like that. Has anyone else experienced this
and/or can anyone shed some light on what may be going on? Many
thanks in advance for whatever anyone can do! Jim B. in PA
