The file in the zip works.
What I copied and pasted appears
identical, but it doesnt work.
It says not an array variable.  Strange.

Oh, I had to add func On_exit() On_Esc end func
and Opt("ColorMode", 1) for it to erase the background.
Although it looked 'cool' leaving a trail of a
lighter blue when the clock hands moved.

You certainly have many intelligent scripts.
