How to embed windows explore view in a gui and copy and past them to another

i want to embed windows emplore view. when you right click on start 
and click on explore is the view i need i can do that in IE but i dont 
want to. I have two views side by side and want to copy and paste the 
window next to it. if i do this in IE it prompts me everytime to make 
sure i want to do this. please help me
