how to make tcl for winCE support pipe

hi,friends
 
    I installed the tcl/tk(8.4.6) for winCE to my pocket pc 2003, it 
works ok, but when I want to use pipe, it said that "command 
pipelines not supported on this OS".
 
    I used celib.dll version 3.13, from the website I saw that it 
support pipe, so I just want to know how to make the tcl/tk for 
winCE support pipe.
