TCL under WinCE

Hallo all!

I have an application that interacts with TCL/TK.
For Desktop Windows there is a Developer Archive, containing
the tcl.h file etc. and the tcl84.lib and tk84.lib.

Now I need the same for WinCE.
I guess the tcl.h can be taken from Desktop Windows,
but the tcl84.lib and tk84.lib have to be compiled for
ARM processor.

Does anybody know where I can get those files ?

If someone of you compiled them successfully by himself,
could you send those files to me by email ? That would be
very helpful for me!
